Elise Margol, ABR’s Instructional Design Manager, is busy brainstorming and collaborating with our team to create a learning solution for one of our new clients. This organization selected ABR due to our sales leadership expertise combined with our ability to propel learning by focusing on both the conceptual and practical dimensions. Because the client’s sales leaders are dispersed across the country, we’ll be conducting interactive webinar sessions using one of our seasoned ABR facilitators. The sales leaders will also complete a Team Business Plan throughout the course of the webinar series. This assignment will be the vehicle that melds concept to practical application, allowing them to walk away with a tangible plan they can then use toward their 2013 business planning.
