ABR Seeking Inside Sales Specialist


Accelerated Business Results (ABR) is currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist. This position is responsible for, first and foremost, setting business appointments for senior sales personnel; and secondly, for generating new leads, cultivating existing leads, and creating new business opportunities for ABR. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with ABR sales leadership in an effort to set up new business appointments to discuss ABR training and social media solutions. He/she will manage leads and update sales activities and business development goals using Salesforce.com. To be successful, this individual must have a thorough understanding of business development and sales attitudes, and should possess an entrepreneurial perspective and superb prospecting and selling skills.   • Setting introductory, exploratory, and/or capabilities discussion appointments (primarily B2B environment)
  • Utilizing a wide variety of prospecting strategies to meet organizational and individual sales goals
  • Developing business opportunities with new and existing leads via phone
  • Maintaining a minimum number/type of activities on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Creating and implementing email and marketing campaigns in conjunction with calling prospects
  • Working effectively with all team members
  • Providing regular reporting and feedback on activities, appointments, successes, and challenges
  • Supporting and/or participating in proposal response efforts (as needed)
  • Assisting sales with follow-up correspondence or activities (as needed)


  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Effective and creative prospecting skills
  • Familiarity with the sales environment and sales process, as well as social media and social networking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and follow-up ethic
  • Ability to objectively receive feedback, coaching, and guidance

  • Training industry knowledge and social media savvy (desired)
