What are some factors I need to consider for my business when I am deciding between e-learning training and in-person, instructor-led training?
As an e-learning developer, one of the questions I get a lot is, “Which is better: AICC or SCORM?” This answer will vary depending on who you ask. In my opinion, each specification has its place in developing e-learning content. I will try to provide you with some practical guidelines on which specification you should consider based on your e-learning development requirements.
Last summer, Chris Mann of the Woodhouse Day Spa in Montgomery, Ohio, wrote a guest blog for ABR about “Putting the Customer Back in Customer Service.” I think this is a common theme that many of us experience every day. I regularly see blogs about poor customer service experiences, yet the problem persists.
