Vice President of Client Services
Amy Evans is a veteran in her field, with more than 20 years’ experience in consultative selling, coaching, facilitating sales leadership courses, and developing course content. She is a qualified and dynamic manager, communicator, facilitator, and coach.
As Vice President of Client Services, Amy consults with new and existing clients and identifies ways for ABR to collaborate with them on training, coaching, and consulting solutions. Her position allows her to maintain and deepen relationships with clients to diagnose needs for future training, follow-up training, and coaching opportunities. Amy values this role, as solid relationships are the core element that differentiates ABR. Nearly every client that works with ABR continues to come back to them for their training needs, year after year.
Amy understands the diverse needs of today’s organizations, including increased sales performance, stellar leadership and coaching skills, strong communication, and in-depth product knowledge. Her leadership on the ABR team has helped the company to consistently create high-quality learning solutions. Whether working with client accounts, interacting with the facilitation team, or serving as a subject matter expert, Amy meets each task with excellence and integrity. Her experience working with people combined with her natural ability to inspire others makes her a vital part of the ABR team.
