Cindy Weissman joined ABR full time in 2015 after spending several years as an independent training consultant. Prior to coming to ABR, Cindy worked primarily with customer service and sales professionals in various industries, such as healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. She also has more than 10 years of experience working with call centers, both in sales and service.
Cindy’s extensive skills include conducting needs analyses and process mapping to help organizations define workflows and identify their training needs. She has managed several large, organization-wide training implementations and has conducted numerous train-the-trainer workshops. Cindy enjoys designing solutions that meet various knowledge and skill needs, as well as helping people improve the way they work and increase their individual level of success. Her unique talent is in identifying the details that make up a successful long-term implementation and her ability to understand the “nuts and bolts” of how individuals work.
