Heather Huber has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for 13 years. She began her learning career in the classroom, where she taught and consulted in schools and communities for 8 years, analyzing the educational and behavioral needs of students from nursery school through high school. Since then, she has built an impressive resume in adult learning, working with both private and non-profit organizations in a wide range of industries, including automotive, telecommunications, healthcare, education, human resources, and financial.
As an ABR instructional designer, Heather loves to design creative and innovative solutions that align to the needs of learners. She develops a variety of learning assets for our clients and works with them to identify performance gaps and to design solutions that provide a holistic approach to skill acquisition, maintenance, generalization, and performance support.
Heather views true learning as more than a single event and is acutely aware of the direct connection between our environment and learning. She wholeheartedly believes that to make learning “stick,” we have to look beyond the training event and support learners in the environment where they are expected to perform, at the time they are expected to perform, and in a way that is convenient for them.
